"Clean bus, comfy ride"
The bus was really clean when I got on, there wasn’t any weird smell or trash around. The seats were comfy for the trip too, I even managed to sleep for a bit. I’d definitely ride with them again.

Pickup was really close by, and the dropoff spot was exactly where I needed to be. Wasn't no hassle at all, just quick and easy.

"On time, but the communication could be clearer"
I’ve used Tripper Bus a few times now, and the best part is that they’ve been on time every time I’ve ridden with them.
My last trip left right when it was supposed to and got in pretty much as scheduled, which I really appreciate. The only thing that annoyed me was that some of the communication around boarding and where to wait wasn’t super clear, so I had to double-check instead of just knowing what was going on.
Still, the ride itself was easy and low-stress once I was on board. I’d use them again, I just wish they made the details a little more obvious.

I expected a smooth, no-stress ride, and that’s pretty much what I got. The driver showed up on time, was polite, and handled everything professionally. Nothing flashy, just a solid experience that met my expectations.
